All items shipped to addresses within the continental United States are shipped using UPS Ground Delivery. For information regarding expedited shipping via UPS or FedEx please contact our store directly via email or phone at 877-773-5426.

Alaska & Hawaii
Pelham Saddlery is happy to ship all of our products, including trial saddles to Alaska & Hawaii.

International
Pelham Saddlery no longer accepts international orders. Additionally we will only accept orders whose billing and shipping addresses are both within the United States or Canada.

Canada: A $10 additional charge will be added to any items shipping to a Candian address.

Saddles can be shipped to Canada, but we can not offer a trial period for them. You will be responsible for duties and taxes associated with the purchase/shipping of all items. Please watch for the items once they have been shipped. If the item is refused, or returned to us for any other reason, you will be charged returned shipping. We charge actual shipping costs for saddles, therefore you will receive a shipping quote for any saddles shipping to Canada.

Merchandise Return Policy

At Pelham Saddlery our goal is your complete satisfaction. Any new/unused item may be returned at any time for a store credit with proof of purchase. For a full refund please return any new/unused items within 30 days of purchase with your invoice or receipt.

Saddle Satisfaction Guarantee
At Pelham Saddlery our goal is a correct fitting saddle for both horse and rider.  To ensure your satisfaction Pelham Saddlery allows all saddles out on a 7-day trial prior to purchase. Please follow the Trial Guidelines provided.

 

Any saddle returned after the 7-day trial period is subject to a minimum usage fee of 10%. If the saddle is not returned in the same condition that it left the store, there will be additional charges and the purchase cost of the saddle will not be refunded in full.

 

If you are unsure of the fit of the saddle please feel free to call any of our saddle sales associates at any time. Saddle fittings are also available by appointment at our retail store in Pelham, NH and at your barn in select New England areas. Please call us for more information (877) 773-5426.

We also offer the services from Patty from East Crow Saddlery and Janie Roche . Patty does saddle fitting/repair/servicing. Janie does saddle fitting/reflocking/and Kieffer adjsutments in house at Pelham Saddlery.

ABOUT PELHAM SADDLERY:
Pelham Saddlery is a family owned business which was purchased in 1983 as a feed and grain store called Beaver Valley Farm, which still serves as a full service feed and grain store. The owners have owned and ridden horses for 18 years and have worked in the veterinary, medical and engineering professions.

After having behavioral problems with one of their horses, which could not be attributed to a physical problem, the owners began to educate themselves in the fine art of saddle fitting. Their personal experiences, while working with master saddlers and veterinarians, in solving their own problems have provided the basis for their understanding of the importance of basic saddle fit, as it relates to the performance of the horse. Their customer's (both 2-legged and 4-legged) satisfaction is the cornerstone of a very successful saddle and tack business.

As a result of the popularity of the service provided by the tack shop, it grew out of its location at the feed store and now resides at it's present location where it better services its customers. Horses may trailer-in to be privately fit to a new saddle or may have it's current saddle retrofit. Our sales personnel are experienced horse owners and highly qualified saddle technicians.

As a service to our customers, both present and future, we offer a trade-in or consignment service. Saddles and prospective new owners are matched through our attentive service.

OUR PHILOSOPHY:
Our philosophy is to provide the best fitting saddles and tack that compliment both horse and rider needs at the most competitive prices. Customers are invited to ride in the saddles before they purchase them to assure that the "fit and feel" are correct.
